About NNU’s M.Div./MBA Programs
The M.Div./MBA program offers an integrated approach to theological and business education. Initially, students complete a 36-credit pastoral ministry core curriculum, which meets most of the educational requirements for ordination in the Church of the Nazarene. This foundational phase includes essential training in pastoral care, theology and biblical studies, alongside a 4-credit supervised ministry to provide practical experience.
Upon completing the initial pastoral ministry requirements, students transition into the MBA portion of the program. Here, they gain advanced knowledge in business administration, learning critical skills in leadership, economics, and organizational behavior. After fulfilling all MBA requirements, students return to the M.Div. curriculum to complete a 3-credit biblical exegesis course. Throughout the program, students are considered M.Div. students, ensuring a seamless integration of both theological and business studies.
Tuition Costs
$575 per credit, with discounts available
M.Div. is 40 credits
MBA is 42 credits (33 credits if you have an approved undergraduate degree in business)
