Chandra Salisbury

Assistant Clinical Professor of Counselor Education

Biography: Chandra Salisbury received her Master’s in Clinical Counseling from NNU with an emphasis in Grief, Trauma and Crisis. She holds several additional certifications and training. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and registered supervisor in Idaho. She has been with NNU’s Counselor Education Department since 2012. She is the Administrative Director of Families ETC, the counseling lab on campus. Along with teaching, clinical supervision, and site administration, she oversees nontraditional students and field sites.

Fun Fact: I love to travel. My family and I have made a few road trips across the United States. My goal is to eventually visit each state and to date, I have less than 10 states to accomplish this goal.

Favorite Thing About Working at NNU: I work with brilliant, dedicated colleagues. I love getting to be a part of the story of a new professional’s journey. The work we do is so meaningful, but it is not easy. Having the opportunity to educate, supervise, mentor, and collaborate is such an honor.
