Dr. Dave Covington is both the Organizational Change Manager at Northwest Nazarene University and an Assistant Professor in the area of Leadership, Innovation, and Professional Studies. Dave holds an MBA in Strategic Management and an Ed. D in Leadership and Professional Practice. With over 30 years of experience leading teams and leaders within diverse organizations, Dave’s areas of expertise include strategic planning, leader and team development, training design and facilitation, and innovation and change leadership methodologies. Dave is passionate about empowering leaders and teams to develop greater capabilities to achieve and thrive.
