Assistant Graduate Professor of Psychology

Biography: Kyle M. Brasil, Ph.D., completed his Clinical and Counseling Psychology doctorate at the University of South Alabama in July 2024. With a strong focus on statistics and research, Kyle has published extensively in areas such as masculinities, rural mental health, and psychometric evaluation.

Now a full-time faculty member at Northwest Nazarene University, Kyle combines his passion for teaching with a dedication to mentorship and scholarly advancement. He has taught courses ranging from abnormal psychology to advanced research methods, equipping students with the skills to excel in academia and clinical practice.

Kyle is also working toward licensure as a psychologist in Idaho, building on his experience as a licensed professional counselor. His clinical expertise, research accomplishments, and educational contributions make him an inspiring figure for aspiring doctoral students.
