Jurdana spent three years as a student manager and the 2022-23 year as an assistant with the program before taking a year off.
During high school and summers during college, she coached for a couple of different AAU and club teams in the Seattle area, including Way to Win, Trust Basketball, Lynnwood, and North Creek. Growing up, her family also owned a basketball training facility for a couple of years so she was able to get a head start in many aspects of leading and coaching.
Jurdana, a native of Woodinville, Wash., started her collegiate career playing for the University of Redlands in California, but only played one season before multiple injuries led to a decision to end her playing career
Biography: I am a 2022 graduate of NNU! I majored in sports administration. I was a manager for the women’s basketball for two years before being put on staff part-time. I then coached at NNU for two years before moving back to my hometown in Washington. I was only home 13 months before I missed the Treasure Valley and NNU too much and decided to move back to work with the women’s basketball team full-time.
Favorite Thing About Working at NNU: The community. Everyone is so nice and friendly. There is such a Christ-centered support system on campus that is rare to find at any other institution.
