NNU COMMUNITY FAIR
YOU ARE INVITED!
Friday, August 28, 2026 – 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
For decades, local businesses, organizations and churches have come alongside the NNU community in a meaningful partnership. We’re deeply grateful for your support in welcoming our new and returning students, their families and NNU staff during Launch Week. Your presence truly makes a difference.
Event Details
- Showcase your organization to hundreds of students and members of the greater NNU community while sharing valuable information about your programs and services.
- Connect and build relationships with a diverse group of local businesses and community organizations.
- Enjoy a reserved exhibit space, including an eight-foot table, linen, and two chairs, located in a comfortable, outdoor tented setting (affectionately known as “The Big White Tent”). Morning refreshments will be provided.
- Stay connected with wireless internet access available to all participants, along with access to power upon request. Login details will be provided on the day of the event.
- Maximize student engagement by bringing coupons, special offers, student giveaways, job or internship applications, and volunteer opportunities—these are strongly encouraged to attract interest and interaction!
Sponsorship Opportunities
PRESENTING SPONSOR
($1,000+): Five Available
- Pre-event recognition (company logo) embedded in registration email and event registration web page.
- Logo prominently displayed on pre-event and post-event web page.
- Additional company banners and/or signs allowed around the Community Fair tent location.
- Prominent verbal mentions and recognition during the event.
- Membership in the NNU President’s Associates Giving Club along with benefits.
- Exclusivity in industry category.
- Pre-event media release recognizing Presenting Sponsors and inviting registrations.
- Waived registration fee and 4 lunch tickets, with “Most Preferred” positioning at the entrance of the Community Fair tent.
- NNU will issue a press release/advertisement after the event with a general thank you to all participants and will highlight Presenting Sponsors with prominently sized business logo.
- Your company logo displayed prominently as a Presenting Sponsor of the event on the front or top of the printed materials distributed to every student/parent and organization attending the fair (300-400).
EVENT SPONSOR
($500+): Five available
- Waived registration fee and 2 lunch tickets, including booth with “Preferred” positioning toward the front of the Community Fair tent.
- NNU will issue a press release/advertisement after the event with a thank you to all participants and will highlight Event Sponsors with your business name listing and/or a larger printed logo.
- Verbal mentions during the event.
- Your company logo displayed with larger logo on the printed materials distributed to every student/parent and organization attending the fair (300-400).
- Logo displayed on post-event web page.
SUPPORTING SPONSOR
($250+): Unlimited
- Waived registration fee and 2 lunch tickets, including booth with preferred positioning at Community Fair (depending on number of sponsors).
- NNU will issue a press release/advertisement following the event with a general thank you to all participants and will highlight Supporting Sponsors with your business name listing.
- Verbal mentions during the event.
- A small version of your company’s logo displayed on the printed materials distributed to every student/parent and organization attending the fair (300-400).
