STEP 1
Pick up your orientation packet

All new students must check in. For students who didn’t attend a JumpStart event, make sure you meet with an admissions representative to complete the Student Information Sheet & Temporary Registration Permit.

STEP 2
Take care of the details

  • Have your picture taken for your ID card in the Learning Commons; ID cards are required for meals beginning Saturday
  • Check housing assignment
  • Submit records for required immunizations to Health Services, if not previously submitted
  • Confirm your NNU box number; go to the NNU Mail Room in the former Student Center to confirm your NNU box number and obtain a key or combination

STEP 3
Make payment arrangements for your student account

Pay your portion of the remaining balance on your NNU portal or stop by Student Financial Services in the Emerson Administration Building to finalize your payment arrangements.

Freshman Retreat 2022

Freshman retreat provides an opportunity for freshmen to experience this yearly tradition for a couple of days at Trinity Pines Camp and Conference Center, about two hours from NNU. This retreat is one of the first opportunities for the entire freshman class to come together and learn what it means to be a Nighthawk.
