Biography: Bennett Gangwer enters his third year with the NNU Athletic Department in 2024-25 as the Director of Facilities and Events.

His responsibilities with the Nighthawks include event and game setup, training of student workers, facility operations and rentals, and overseeing general operations for all of NNU’s athletic venues.

Gangwer comes to NNU after eight years serving at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Ada County, most recently five years as the Site Director in Kuna. His responsibilities included day-to-day operations, staff management and training, activity planning, facilities maintenance, and building relationships with club parents and community members.

Gangwer received his Bachelors Degree in Communication Sciences from NNU in 2016.

He lives in Nampa with his wife, Leslie, and daughter, Florence.
