Biography:

Gregor Slonaker joined NNU in 2022, bringing with him a deep personal connection to the university and its mission. Raised on his family’s farm near Pullman, Washington, Gregor attended the Moscow Church of the Nazarene and grew up in a family with a longstanding NNU legacy. His parents, grandparents, siblings, and many cousins all attended the university, making NNU an important part of his family’s story.

After earning his degree from NNU in 2009, Gregor built a career in retail management. Over time, however, he felt called by God to return to NNU and serve in a new capacity. He considers it a tremendous privilege to be part of God’s work through the university, helping support the transformational experiences of students.

Today, Gregor serves as the Director of Scholarship Gifts and Foundation Board Liaison. In these roles, he works closely with scholarship representatives and members of the Foundation Board, fostering meaningful relationships with individuals whose lives have been impacted by God through NNU. He is deeply grateful for the opportunity to support student success and contribute to the university’s mission.
