LeAnn Stensgaard

Chair of Social Work and MSW Programs, Faculty in Social Work

LeAnn has taught in the Social Work Department at NNU for the past 20 years. She graduated from NNU with a BA in Social Work and Walla Walla University with an MSW. Prior to coming to teach at NNU, she worked as a school social worker. Over the past 25 years, LeAnn has been a medical social worker in a nursing home, home health and hospice settings. She has also worked part-time as a clinical social worker (therapist) for a mental health agency. She is married and has two adult children.
