Biography: Dr. Lisa Amundson is the Director and Associate Professor for the NNU Graduate Education Special Education Program. She focuses on courses that help educators support students with disabilities. Amundson earned her Ph.D. in Teaching & Learning with an emphasis in special education as well as an M.Ed. in School Counseling from the University of Missouri and a BS in Special Education from Greenville College. Her scholarship areas include collaborative technologies and trauma-informed teaching.

Fun Fact: I walked the Camino de Santiago, a 500 mile pilgrimage with my husband and two daughters when they were 12 and 7 years old.
